'VIMCO' quality steel conduits, confirm to IS 9537 Part II with Medium and High Protection, with ISI Mark.
'VIMCO' pipes are manufactured, from tested raw material, on fully automatic plant by High Frequency Induction Welding System which ensures perfect welding, to ease wire pulling.
'VIMCO' trademark along with ISI is embossed on every length.
Threading is done on automatic threading machine having Lanco Chaser which maintains uniformity on length of the threading on major and inner diameter and the pitch of the threads.
Inner and outer surface is treated with special phosphating process.
Medium Protection Coating of the pipe, with Blank Stove Enamel, is done by dipping process to ensure proper coating inside and outside of the pipe. The pipes are baked in an Automatic Electric Oven for requisite hardening of paint and gloss finish on the pipe.
High Protection Coating of pipes i.e., Hot Dipped Galvanizing in done by automatic galvanizing plant. The zinc coating inside and outside is maintained in accordance with IS 4736/1986.
Raw material is tested in our lab before taking it to process. The finished pipes are tested for dimensions, Band Test, Screw Thread Test, Flattening Test, and compression Test before taking to final process, thereby ensuring the best to the ultimate user.
Base Coat : Epoxy anti corrosive Primer containing Zinc Phosphate pigment applied on Hot Dip Galvanised Conduits surface inside as well as out side. It is compatible with top coats and this forms highly effcient protective schemes for chemical and corrosive environment.
Finish Coat : high performance epoxy glossy Enamel coating formulated by maintaing special density for selected zones. It forms heavy duty coating with chemical resistance pigment on steel conduits. This coating remains unaffected on exposure to any corrosive chemicals and solvents. The coating renders a safety finish to the conduit which is durable in industrial installations, Coastal line atmosphere and thermal power stations.
